If you choose a direct payment method to complete your order, WordPress saves your credit card data encrypted through a PCI DSS (PCI-DSS). This data is only saved during the time it takes you to complete the purchase. Once the order is processed, the credit card data will be erased.
All the links for a direct payment comply with the rules established by PCI-DSS handled by PCI Security Standards Council, which is supported by brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
