Our transportation partner responsible for taking your goods safe to its final destination is FEDEX.

Delivery dates are counted from the confirmation of the payment sent to the mail registered at the time of the purchase. Confirmation will be made on the next business day.

Payments may take up an additional business day while the data is processed and funds come into our account.

The product may be received and inspected by any person of legal age who lives or is at the place of delivery, for which the signature of the guide of the courrier shall be enough. For units or buildings with security service, reception and signature, name and identity card of the security man is required.

In case the product has signs of damage or ruptures in its packaging at the time of delivery, you must register it in the courrier guide as an observation and communicate with:

Pepita&Me is not responsible for any local charges that may apply for taxes  or duties in the destination country. Each customer will assume and pay any costs related with these matters.

We want you to have the best shopping experience through our website with Pepita&Me. That is why we designed an exchanges and returns process for you.

Please note the conditions we have to make effective your return process:

  • Merchandise return or exchange requests are accepted within the first 5 working days after receipt of the product. The request must be made by sending an email to, and clearly state the reasons for the request.
  • Pepita & Me will respond within 48 hours after receiving the email with the return or exchange request. In case the request is accepted, we will confirm our address in Washington D.C USA for you to ship the product(s) back to us.
  • All products are eligible to be exchanged for a replacement product of equal or higher value, and the customer will cover the shipping costs both to return the original and to receive the replacement product.
  • Defective products and products with quality issues can be exchanged for a replacement product of equal or higher value, or returned for a refund at the expense of Pepita&Me.
  • Products should be returned in perfect condition and in the same way in which they were received. Namely, they must have the original tags still on, show no signs of wear or use, and be returned in their original packaging. Products that are not received by Pepita&Me in these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned under the client expense.
  • Returned products must come along with a document specifying your order number and complete information.
  • Each case will be subject to technical evaluation and approval from Pepita&Me. Once return requirement is processed in the stipulated terms, we will continue with the evaluation and confirmation of the available stock of products you may want to exchange or the reimbursement process once we confirm the product is received in perfect conditions.
  • In case of non-acceptance of the returned product, we will inform you via email with the results of the technical evaluation and why it didn’t comply for return or exchange.
  • Reimbursement will be processed via PAYPAL in the 5 businesses days after the email notification and acceptance of the requirement.
